A new restaurant from the team behind the popular “Uo Kashi Shokudo”, famous for its long lines.
The star here is kamadaki gohan – rice freshly cooked in a traditional iron pot, served steaming hot at your table.
Open for breakfast from 6:30 am, lunch and dinner. Enjoy set meals with fresh sashimi, tempura, simmered fish and miso soup, or seasonal specials such as Noto oyster kamameshi. In the evening, local fish, Noto beef and sake are also available.
Located on the ground floor of a hotel in the business district, about 600 m from Kanazawa Station – perfect before or after a trip to Shirakawa-go.

売りは何といっても釜炊きごはん。炊きたてのごはんを釜ごと席まで運んでくれます。
朝食は6時半から！ランチ・ディナーも営業しています。お刺身・天ぷら・煮魚・お味噌汁がそろった定食や、能登牡蠣の釜めし定食などの季節のおすすめも楽しめます。夜は地元の魚や能登牛、お酒も。
