For a limited time each summer, special riverside dining platforms (kawadoko) are set up along the historic Kazuemachi Chaya District. Here, guests can enjoy refined Kaga cuisine while being entertained by authentic Kanazawa Geiko (Geisha) in a setting that captures the timeless atmosphere of old Kanazawa.
Unlike Kyoto’s famous kawadoko, this experience is unique to Kanazawa, offering an intimate evening of traditional hospitality, cuisine, and riverside scenery.
